Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash

1 Medium Acorn Squash
2 Apples, Peeled, Cored, and Chopped
4 tsp Raw Honey
2 tsp Organic Butter
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees F. Cut Acorn Squash in half, remove and discard seeds. Place Acorn Squash cut side up in a loaf pan. Fill the centers with Chopped Apple. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter and honey together, and mix well. Drizzle over baked Squash and Apples. Sprinkle with Cinnamon. Return uncovered squash to oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
